Such expressways are Vadodara-Mumbai corridor (400 km), Delhi-Meerut (66 km), Bangalore-Chennai (334 km), Delhi-Jaipur (262 km), Delhi-Chandigarh (249 km), Kolkata-Dhanbad (277 km and Delhi-Agra (200 km).

This month only our honorable prime minister Shri Narinder Modi laid foundation on Eastern Peripheral Expressway.

To reach Delhi to Srinagar it takes around 22 hours but once the project will complete for Delhi-Srinagar then it will hardly take around 6 hours.

Government said all the expressways will be at world class quality and all will have 6 lanes or above and exit is controlled by the use of slip roads (ramps) that are incorporated into the design of the highway.
